  • Check that no trim or cable is trapped and that battery venting is correct where applicable.

Final checks

  • Confirm charging voltage, startup behaviour, and basic electrical function.
  • Reset windows, clocks, or other learned items if required.
  • Test the tender connection so the routine is easy enough to use every time the car is parked.
